Comfortable & Spacious
Home away from home! Cozy comfort with wood floors and stone tile, newly modernized kitchen, & master bedroom (REST Performance mattress) with deck& bath on 1st floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms & another full bath. Fenced-in backyard. Washer/dryer. Pets can stay if you check with us first ($25 fee). Dogs must be in a crate when you are not at home.

Kitchen has dishes for your whole crew + dishwasher.
We try to make our space as cozy, comfortable, convenient, and clean as we can. there are couches and comfortable chairs and desks and both indoor and outdoor space for relaxing. kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, small appliances, dishwasher etc.
WE are just a few minutes drive from MSU, shopping, downtown Lansing, and the highway.
Guests have access to the whole house. three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room. there's a fenced in backyard, upper and lower decks on the back, and a 3 season closed in porch on the front.
we are available by text, Airbnb app, and telephone if needed. contact information will be sent to you a few minutes after you book the place.

Walkable friendly neighborhood. Tree-lined street. Birds & squirrels. Cafés, restaurants, bars just a short walk.
Up to three or four cars can park in our driveway. we are a short walk from Michigan avenue where there are public buses. Uber is also quite convenient.

Summary: We spent a few days in East Lansing to tour MSU with my niece. The home was perfect! We immediately recognized the charm of the home with the screened in front porch with a comfy couch and chair to hang out. The home was impeccably clean! The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea and breakfast bars which is a welcoming touch. The bathrooms had shampoo, condition and body wash. The linens and towels were very nice. We had a very minor snag at check-in and the owner was very apologetic and attentive. The neighborhood is quiet and charming and very close to the MSU campus. If my niece commits to MSU I will be reserving this home for move in and family date’s immediately!

Summary: Overall place was very clean and kept up. We only had one issue with the bed on the first floor as it deflated in the middle of the night. Otherwise we loved the location. It had snowed and was fairly cold so we didn’t get to use the outside. Would stay here again.

Summary: This home was comfortable and clean. It was perfect for a girl's weekend. The neighborhood bars were awesome and only met incredible people. The house has very warm and friendly vibes. We will be back once our kids start school at MSU.

Summary: The house was clean, with well stocked kitchen & nice backyard. We appreciated the little extras that made the house a home, such as Kleenex at the bed side, shampoo & conditioner dispensers in the shower, coffee pods & clear instructions for the TV, internet & light switches. We greatly enjoyed our stay.
